Official Rules – "Discover the World of David Soner" Contest
Official rules for the contest organized by ShakeTheMap in collaboration with artist David Soner.
1. Organizer
- The contest is organized by NAAS S.à. r.l – S ("ShakeTheMap"), having its registered office at 370, route de Thionville L-5884 Hesperange.
2. Contest Purpose
- The contest allows participants to find a job via ShakeTheMap and win an exclusive experience with David Soner, including:
- Visit to the artist's studio
- Meeting and discussion about graffiti art
- A unique collector's item
3. Eligibility
- Open to all individuals aged 18 or older residing in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
- Participation is free and no purchase is required.
- Each participant must:
- Be registered on ShakeTheMap
- Find a job through the platform
- Have employer confirmation of their employment via ShakeTheMap
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Contest Duration
- The contest runs until all 10 collector's items are claimed.
5. Winner Selection
- Winners will be chosen from eligible participants who found a job via the platform and whose employment has been confirmed by the employer.
- Each winner will be contacted by email or phone to arrange the studio visit (which may be conducted individually or in a small group) and delivery of the collector's item.
6. Prize
- Each winner receives:
- Exclusive visit to David Soner's studio
- Discussion with the artist
- A unique collector's item
- Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
7. Photo and Video Publication
- Participants agree that photos and videos taken during the experience may be used by ShakeTheMap and David Soner for promotional purposes (website, social media).
- Winners may refuse publication by notifying the organizer.
8. Personal Data Protection
- Information collected is used solely for managing the contest and contacting winners.
- In accordance with the GDPR, participants have the right to access, modify, and delete their data.
9. Liability
- ShakeTheMap, David Soner, and their respective companies and employees cannot be held liable in the event of:
- Force majeure or events beyond their control
- Delays, unavailability, accidents, or incidents related to participation or the studio visit
- Participants agree to follow safety rules during the visit.
10. Acceptance of Rules
- Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
- The rules are available free of charge on the ShakeTheMap website.
11. Disputes
- Any dispute shall be governed by Luxembourg law and submitted exclusively to the courts of Luxembourg-City.
- The organizer's decision is final.
