Official Rules – "Team Building Session with David Soner"

Official rules for the contest organized by ShakeTheMap in collaboration with artist David Soner, for companies and recruiters.

1. Organizer

  • The contest is organized by NAAS S.à. r.l – S ("ShakeTheMap"), having its registered office at 370, route de Thionville L-5884 Hesperange.

2. Contest Purpose

  • The contest allows participants (companies / recruiters) to win an exclusive team building session with David Soner, including:
    • A group session in the artist's studio
    • Immersion in his artistic universe and discussion about graffiti
    • The session is limited to a maximum of 8 participants

3. Eligibility

  • Open to all companies and recruiters registered on ShakeTheMap.
  • Participation is free and no purchase is required.
  • To participate, recruiters must:
    • Post a job offer on ShakeTheMap
    • Hire at least one candidate through the platform
  • The first recruiter to meet these criteria will be declared the winner.

4. Contest Duration

  • The contest is open until a winner is determined (first eligible recruiter).

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be the first recruiter who posts a job and hires a candidate through ShakeTheMap.
  • The winner will be contacted by email or phone to arrange the team building session in David Soner's studio (maximum 8 participants).

6. Prize

  • The winner will receive:
    • A team building session in David Soner's studio
    • Immersion in the artistic universe and discussion with the artist
    • Maximum 8 participants per session
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Photos and Video Release

  • The winner and participants agree that photos and videos taken during the session may be used by ShakeTheMap and David Soner for promotional purposes (website, social media).
  • Participants may opt out of publication by notifying the organizer.

8. Personal Data

  • Information collected will only be used to manage the contest and contact the winner.
  • Participants have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data in accordance with GDPR.

9. Liability

  • ShakeTheMap, David Soner, and their respective companies and employees cannot be held liable for:
    • Force majeure or events beyond their control
    • Delays, unavailability, accidents, or incidents related to participation or the team building session
  • Participants agree to follow all safety rules during the session.

10. Acceptance of Rules

  • Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
  • The rules are available for free on the ShakeTheMap website.

11. Disputes

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Luxembourg and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Luxembourg-City.
  • The organizer's decision is final and binding.
